Return & Refund Policy — 1. You may return any unopened product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. 2. Cash on Delivery customers may refuse the parcel at the door at no charge. 3. To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order number. 4. Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer within 7 working days. 5. Sale items and opened products cannot be returned unless damaged or wrong.
